    The night before, place the bowl of an ice cream maker in the freezer. Finely crush 4 of the biscuits. Work the cream cheese with a fork to soften. Beat the yogurt, cream cheese, crushed biscuits,sugar, lemon juice and vanilla bean paste until smooth and airy.

    Transfer to the bowl of the ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes,depending on the consistency you prefer.

    Meanwhile, wash the berries and cut them into pieces, and crumble the remaining biscuits.

    To assemble: place a piping bag and star nozzle in the freezer for a few minutes so they are well chilled. If the frozen yogurt is in the freezer, take it out 10 minutes ahead of time. Using a spatula,
    fill the piping bag (nozzle attached) with yogurt. Pipe out the frozen yogurt soft serve style into 6 small serving bowls, then top with the crumbled biscuits and berries. Serve immediately.
